Our policies

Cancellation fees - we select a certain amount time to groom your pet. If for any reason you need to cancel please give 48hours notice this allows us time to fill up the space. Failure to give 48 hours notice will incur £15 cancellation fee. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or no show you will be require to pay the full amount of grooming fee before booking in again. When booking your dog with Haus of paws you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Late Fees- please insure you are on time for appointment and collection. We can hold you appointment slot for 15 minutes however any later we will not be able to hold your appointment and this will class as a no show meaning you will be charged the no show fee. When collecting your dog please make sure you are no more than 15 minutes late otherwise there will be a £10 late fee as we work on an in - out system if you are late for collection this affects the next dogs slot.
